I think this book is a true inspiration for people like me. Rosemary Goode is a really kind person on the inside, but all anyone else can see is the outside, her looks. For her birthday, she receives a treadmill and a wieghtloss book and is expected to lose weight. As time passes, Rosemary develops by living a healthier lifestyle and making friends who can help her be who she really is. It truly is a movtivating story. I loved accompanying Rosie on her journey to loving herself more and being better in general. I'm so proud of Rosie; of how she overcame her out-of-control eating, how she overcame her insecurities, how she wanted to change herself, how she learned to open up her heart more, how she found love and genuine friendship and how she eventually changed her life all together.Transformation is something that must start from within. We are all works-in-progress and as we go along in life we should see to it that we allow ourselves to transform, to invite and welcome beautiful changes. Rosie took on the challenge of changing for herself and that's what we should always keep in mind: to do the things we do for ourselves first before anybody else.
